When I was preparing to start the company, it was a difficult decision because there were a lot of things that needed to be controlled internally that I didn’t have experience with. I made this decision for some reason, and now we’ve been on this amazing journey for a year.

When I first started working for the company, my major goal was to earn the same pay as I did in my previous job 😅, and, of course, provide work for others.

We began with a few short-term projects.

In addition, we began our internship/ practicum. A large number of pupils expressed interest, and many more expressed a desire to participate. Participants from India as well as abroad joined.

We ran a mentorship programme in which we gave 15+ students the chance to learn full-stack web development. This programme lasted three months.

We acquired a couple of additional long-term projects, and we recruited a few more members to the team during this time.

Everyone was doing their work from home. Everything was a little tricky to coordinate at first, but we eventually got it together. The workmanship is certainly the key. 😊

The company’s net turnover in its first year was more than ₹3.4 million. In addition, 5 persons were employed.

The company’s goal for next year is to expand, and we’ve begun our own product, so we’ll be employing a crew for that as well.

Finally, I’d like to express my gratitude to everyone — my family, friends, coworkers, and others — who assisted me in any way and kept me inspired throughout the voyage.❣️
